My name is Melissa Echenique. I'm from Miami, Fl. I'm a rising senior, sister, daughter, honors student and most importantly, a writer. I've loved to write since I was in elementary school. This love for writing stemmed from my love for reading. I started reading books avidly at a very young age. I remember the first series I read was when I was five and the books were the Harry Potter books.
Needless to say, I'm a huge fan of Sci-Fi, Fantasy and most YA novels. I'm a huge anime nerd as well as Netflix-obsessed. There isn't a show out there I probably haven't watched, nor is there a book --of my favorite genre-- that I haven't read.
